Do you offer gift wrapping service?
Yes, just leave a note on the cart page under "Special instructions" before completing the order. We can also write a note to accompany your gift if you want to include a message.
How much does shipping cost?
ITALY
Free shipping for orders over €59.
For orders under €59:
- €4.50 - Poste Italiane pick-up point
- €5.90 - Home delivery with GLS, Bartolini or Poste Italiane
DHL Express: €12.90
EUROPE
Free shipping for orders over €150, otherwise €12. Special rates: Switzerland €16, Greece €14, Finland €15.
When will I receive my order?
You will usually receive your order within 4 working days. Most orders are carefully prepared, processed and shipped within 24 hours. When the order is ready, you will receive an email informing you that it has been shipped, with a code to track it. The tracking code is activated as soon as the courier picks up the package, which can also happen the day after the fulfilment.
During holiday periods or special promotions, deliveries may be delayed due to the high volume of shipments.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. You can find all the information on our Shipping, Exchanges and Returns page.
Can I exchange shoes?
Yes, you can exchange the shoe size. The service costs 7.90 euros and is very simple: the courier will deliver your parcel with the new size and, at the same time, pick up the package with the shoes you want to exchange. You won't have to print anything, the courier will already have the label with him. You only need an address where you can make the exchange in person, as you cannot use a collection point. You can request the exchange directly from the Shipping, Exchanges and Returns page.

I haven't received the tracking
Sometimes the email can end up in junk mail or spam, so we recommend that you check there as well. It is also possible that the email address was entered incorrectly at the time of the order. In this case, please write to us using the form below and we will verify the data together. Remember that the tracking link may not be active immediately, because the shipment may not yet have been picked up or registered by the courier.
