Shipping

Orders received before 9am (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 9am, on weekends or holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

How much does shipping cost?

In Italy shipping is free for orders over 59 euros.

For smaller orders:

  • €4.50 for shipping to a Poste Italiane collection point
  • €5.90 for home delivery with GLS or Bartolini
  • €9.90 for express shipping with DHL (always subject to charges)

For Europe shipping is free from 150 euros. Alternatively:

  • €12 for orders under €150
  • Special rates: Greece €14, Finland €15, Switzerland €16.

What are the delivery times?

You will usually receive your order within 1-4 business days after dispatch. In some more remote areas or smaller islands, delivery may take up to 5 days.

Orders received before 9am (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after that time, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

During holidays or special promotions, deliveries may be delayed due to high volume of shipments.

Order Tracking

All our shipments are traceable.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and a link to follow the package in real time. The tracking will be active when the courier collects the package: it may happen that there is a slight delay between the sending of the email and the activation of the code.

If you do not receive the email, also check your spam folder. In some cases the email address may have been entered incorrectly: if you have any doubts, contact us using the form below.

Returns and exchanges

We can return or exchange your purchases within 14 days of delivery. The exchange is valid for clothing and footwear items.

How can I request a return?

You can request a return by accessing your personal area at https://account.pipipupu.com

After submitting the request, you will receive a confirmation email: the return will be taken in charge for review. Once approved, you will receive a second email with detailed instructions and the prepaid label to print and apply to the package. You will then have to deliver the package to a Poste Italiane office or a Punto Poste.

For returns from Italy we apply a flat rate of €7.90 for shipping (excluding cases of damaged items or items received in error).

The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with intact tags and original packaging.

How can I request a change?

You can request a change by accessing your personal area at https://account.pipipupu.com

Select the “Request return” option, choose the reason and, in the notes, clearly indicate the size or number you want in exchange. Once the request is approved, you will receive an email with the link to make the payment of €7.90 for the management of the exchange.

Once your payment is complete, we will send you a shipping confirmation of the new item, with tracking information. The courier will make the exchange in person: upon delivery of the new item, they will collect your package with the items to be returned. You will not need to print anything - the courier will already have the label with them.

For this option, you need an address where the courier can deliver and collect at the same time (it is not possible to use a collection point). Exchanges are available for clothing and footwear, provided that the item has not been worn or washed and still has the original label.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email with the outcome of the verification. If your refund is approved, the amount (excluding shipping costs) will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or card network. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at online@pipipupu.com
