Shoe size
Description

Made from premium soft leather, Xplorer shoes have an elasticated opening and a single strap for easy on and off. A leather toe bumper and a very light, flexible sole make them suitable for crawling, supported walking and first steps.

At this stage, little feet are still delicate and not ready for a conventional rubber sole. Xplorer shoes are intended for children who are crawling, pulling themselves up and beginning to use their feet for support.

The foot-shaped design and wide toe box let toes spread and support a wide stance. The EVA sole lets children feel where they place their feet, helping them keep their head upright and maintain their balance.

Shipping within Italy

Free standard shipping from €59.
Below €59: €4.50 to a Poste Italiane collection point or €5.90 for home delivery.
DHL Express: €12.90, always charged.

When will it arrive?

Available items are normally handed to the courier within 24 hours of payment, on working days. Standard orders received from 09:00 on Friday are processed on the next available working days.

From dispatch: 1–4 working days within Italy, or 2–5 for smaller islands and hard-to-reach locations. DHL Express: around 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and islands. These are estimates; busy periods may take longer.

Need to return something?

Let us know within 14 days of delivery, then send your return within 14 days of your request. In Italy, our prepaid label costs €7.90, deducted from your refund.

Request a return through your customer account or email us. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact us: we cover the return shipping cost.

Need a different size?

In Italy, clothing and footwear exchanges cost €7.90, subject to availability. The courier delivers your replacement and collects your return together, at your home. No label to print. Email us to arrange it.

  • Other EU countries served, excluding Greece and Finland: €12; free standard shipping from €150.
  • Greece €14, Finland €15 and Switzerland €16: always charged.
  • San Marino and Vatican City: €5.90; free standard shipping from €59.

Thresholds apply to product totals after discounts. Available services and costs appear at checkout. Delivery to many European destinations takes around 5 working days from dispatch, but may vary. For Switzerland, any import taxes, customs duties and clearance fees are payable by you.

Outside Italy, you arrange and pay for return shipping. For an exchange, return the item and place a new order.
