Free standard shipping from €59.
Below €59: €4.50 to a Poste Italiane collection point or €5.90 for home delivery.
DHL Express: €12.90, always charged.

When will it arrive?

Available items are normally handed to the courier within 24 hours of payment, on working days. Standard orders received from 09:00 on Friday are processed on the next available working days.

From dispatch: 1–4 working days within Italy, or 2–5 for smaller islands and hard-to-reach locations. DHL Express: around 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and islands. These are estimates; busy periods may take longer.

Need to return something?

Let us know within 14 days of delivery, then send your return within 14 days of your request. In Italy, our prepaid label costs €7.90, deducted from your refund.

Request a return through your customer account or email us. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact us: we cover the return shipping cost.

Need a different size?

In Italy, clothing and footwear exchanges cost €7.90, subject to availability. The courier delivers your replacement and collects your return together, at your home. No label to print. Email us to arrange it.
