Processing and delivery times
Most products are available for immediate delivery. Unless otherwise stated, orders are handed over to the courier within 24 hours of payment confirmation; however, during peak order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders received from 9:00 AM on Friday, as well as those received on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on the first available working days, according to the chronological order of receipt, operational volumes, and product availability.
Delivery times count from the actual shipping date, not from the order receipt date.
Estimated delivery times for Italy: 1-4 working days from shipping for Central, Northern, and Southern Italy; 2-4 working days from shipping for smaller islands and hard-to-reach locations. During holiday periods or in case of exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be delayed.
Fast delivery via DHL: within 48 hours from shipping, excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and islands.
Pickup at Poste Italiane: the package must be collected within the deadline indicated in the availability notification sent by the courier or by the pickup point manager. If this deadline expires without collection, the package may be returned to the sender under the conditions set by the delivery service.
The indicated times are delivery estimates calculated from the shipping date. In any case, unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made without unjustified delay and within the maximum deadline set by applicable regulations.
Processing and delivery times of pre-ordered products
Preorder items are available for purchase before they arrive in our warehouse. Each product page shows an estimated arrival date, which may change. We regularly update our website to reflect any modifications, so we invite you to check periodically to stay informed. Full payment is required at the time of purchase, including shipping fees (free shipping above €59). Preorder items will be shipped as soon as they are available in our warehouse.
If your order contains multiple preorder items, they will be shipped together when all are available. If you’re ordering a combination of preorder and already available items, we recommend placing two separate orders to avoid delays.
If you’ve already placed a preorder and would like to request an update, modification, or partial shipment, contact our customer service.
Recipient information and package pickup
The recipient indicated at the time of purchase must be a natural person and must correspond to the person who will actually receive or pick up the package. Many couriers (including Poste Italiane, DHL Service Point, UPS Access Point, etc.) do not allow pickup by third parties, even with authorization, or only allow it through specific procedures (such as presenting a PIN code, recipient’s ID document, etc.). Incorrect or incomplete data may cause delivery to fail or the package to be returned, with additional costs charged to the customer.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering correct and truthful information necessary for shipping, including: recipient’s full name, delivery address (including street number, locality, district, and building code information), email address for receiving courier notifications, and phone number for operational communications. During shipping, all communications (including tracking, delivery notifications, and address-related issues) will be sent directly by the courier using the data provided at the time of order.
In case of package storage, PIPI & PUPU may contact the customer to coordinate release and/or a new shipment. In case of a request for delivery to a different postal code from the original one, a €4 supplement will be charged.
Limitations of liability and customer rights
In case the shipment is refused, not picked up within the required terms, or returned to the sender due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as incorrect or incomplete address, absent recipient, or failure to pick up at the agreed point, the refund will be made net of the costs actually incurred for shipping and for the possible return of the goods. PIPI & PUPU is not responsible for delays attributable exclusively to the carrier, except for the irrevocable rights recognized to the consumer under applicable regulations. Any delivery delays do not automatically grant the right to refunds or compensation; however, consumer rights provided by law in case of non-delivery or delay exceeding agreed terms remain valid.
Any anomalies regarding delivery, pickup, external integrity of the package, or logistics issues must be reported promptly to customer service at online@pipipupu.com or through the Contact Us section of the website, to allow necessary checks.
