Do you offer gift wrapping service?
Yes, just leave a note on the cart page before completing your order. We will also hand write a note to accompany your gift, with the message you indicate.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over €59. For full details and updated rates, you can visit our Shipping and Returns page.
When will I receive my order?
You will usually receive your order within 4 business days. Most orders are carefully prepared, processed and shipped within 24 hours. When your order is ready, you will receive an email informing you that it has been shipped, with a code to track it. The tracking code is activated as soon as the courier collects the package, which can happen even the day after processing. Orders received before 09:30 (Monday to Friday) are shipped the same day. Orders received after that time, on weekends or holidays, are shipped the next business day.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Find all the information on our Shipping and Returns page.
Can I exchange my shoes?
Yes, you can exchange the size of your shoes. The service costs €7.90 and is very simple: the courier will deliver the new size and collect, at the same time, the package with the shoes to be changed. You will not have to print anything, the courier will already have the label with him. You only need an address where it is possible to exchange them in person, since it is not possible to use a collection point. You can request the exchange directly from the Shipping and Returns page.

I didn't receive the tracking
Sometimes the email can end up in your junk or spam folder, so we recommend checking there as well. It is also possible that the email address was entered incorrectly when placing the order. In this case, write to us using the form below and we will verify the data together. Please note that the tracking link may not be active immediately, because the shipment may not have been collected or registered by the courier yet.
