ITALY
Free shipping for orders over €59.
For orders under €59:
- €4.50 - Poste Italiane pick-up point
- €5.90 - Home delivery with GLS, Bartolini or Poste Italiane
EUROPE
Free shipping for orders over €150, otherwise €12.
Special rates: Switzerland €16, Greece €14, Finland €15.
DHL Express
€12.90 (always for a fee). Delivery within 48 hours of shipment, excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and islands. Orders received by 9:00 am are generally entrusted to the courier on the same day; after 9:00 am, the next business day.
Delivery times
1–4 business days from shipment. For smaller islands and hard-to-reach locations: 2–5 business days from shipment. Standard orders received from Friday from 9:00 am, on Saturday and Sunday are processed on the first following business days. The times indicated are estimates calculated from the shipment date.
Returns
You can return your purchases within 14 days of delivery. You can request a return by accessing your personal area on https://account.pipipupu.com
After sending the request, you will receive a confirmation email and once approved, you will receive a second email with detailed instructions and the prepaid label to print and apply to the package. You will then need to deliver the package to a Poste Italiane pick-up point or a Post Office.
For returns from Italy, we apply a flat rate of €7.90 for shipping (excluding cases of damaged items or items received by mistake). The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with tags and original packaging intact.

Exchanges
You can request an exchange by accessing your personal area on https://account.pipipupu.com
Select the "Request return" option, choose the reason, and, in the notes, clearly indicate the size or number you want as a replacement. Once the request has been approved, you will receive an email with the link to make a payment of €7.90 for the exchange management.
When the payment is completed, we will send you confirmation of the shipment of the new item, with its tracking. The courier will make the exchange by hand: at the time of delivery of the new item, they will pick up your package with the items to be returned. You won't have to print anything – the courier will already have the label with them.
You need an address where the courier can deliver and pick up at the same time (it is not possible to use a pick-up point). Exchanges are available for clothing and footwear, provided that the item has not been worn or washed and still has the original label.
