Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be available for preorder. This cancellation information explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
PREORDERS
When you place a preorder, you purchase a product that is currently out of stock for which inventory is not yet available. At checkout, we may request a deposit or the full amount. In some cases, we may also save your payment method to process the order later and charge any remaining balance; if you’ve already paid the full amount, no future charge will be made.
You can cancel a preorder, whether paid partially or fully, before it has been processed. If the order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
PREORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Preorder items are available for purchase before they arrive in our warehouse. Each product page shows an estimated arrival date, which may change. We regularly update our website to reflect any modifications, so we invite you to check periodically to stay informed.
Preorder items will be shipped as soon as they are available in our warehouse. If your order contains multiple preorder items, they will be shipped together when all are available. If you’re ordering a combination of preorder and already available items, we recommend placing two separate orders to avoid delays.
